Exchange Policy
- Items that are in the same condition as purchase - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached - are eligible for exchanges or gift card for 14 days after the date of purchase.
- Online purchases that are in the same condition as delivery - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached - are eligible for exchange, in-store credit or gift card for 14 days after the date of purchase.
- If the item you purchased - either in-store or online - is defective, you can also process your return in-person at our Market Mall location.
- If your item is damaged or defective, please promptly email info@sublimeyyc.com.
- We do not offer refunds.
